Prior to becoming a Partner at Akinwumi & Busari, Mr. Olajide worked as Company Secretary/Director of Legal Services at Emerging Markets Telecommunications Services Limited (EMTS), a foremost telecommunication service provider in Nigeria trading as 9mobile and was also a partner at Olaniwun Ajayi LP between January 2015 – July 2017.

Ore Olajide is an experienced Company Secretary and legal practitioner of 38 years with a demonstrated history and track record of working on complex projects and commercial transactions such as the sale and transition of former Etisalat to the present 9mobile. Prior to becoming the Company Secretary/Director of Legal Services at 9mobile, he was the General Counsel of one of West Africa’s leading FMCG producers- Nigerian Bottling Company Coca-Cola Hellenic where he implemented system wide corporate governance policies and business ethics practices amongst others. As an advocate of performance, change and people management, he brings his business compliance and management experience to the organizations where he has successfully served with over 38 years of legal and corporate experience.

Over the years, Ore has provided solution-based advice to clients on risk assessments, audits and finance, corporate and compliance reviews procedures and reputational risk management.
Ore is widely traveled and has attended seminars and conferences all over the world. He is highly skilled in mediation, arbitration and international negotiation and diplomacy. He attended the International Diplomacy and Negotiation Program at the Harvard Law School, London Management School, Lagos Business School and the University of Lagos where he graduated in 1986. He is a Member and facilitator at Institute of Directors (IoD), Member Society for Corporate Governance Nigeria, Member of both the Nigerian Bar and the International Bar Associations.

Ore is a Pastor in charge of Zone in the Redeemed Christian Church of God and loves counseling. He is the founder of Couples Academy a faith based nonprofit organization that helps believers navigate one of the most important and challenging issues of life and relationships – Marriage.

Fadeke Olugbemi is an experienced Business Executive with three(3) decades of work experience in Telecoms, Finance and Investments as well as Board Level Experience in Banking, Investment and Hospitality Sectors across West Africa.

She has an MBA from Aston Business School, Birmingham, UK, BSc Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife Nigeria amongst other academic qualifications. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, an Honorary Senior Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and an Associate member of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers.

She is highly self motivated, proactive, tenacious, resilient with proven inter-personal, team building and leadership skills.

Fadeke has been in pastoral ministry for over 2 decades prior to becoming the Wife of Pastor In Charge RCCG Lagos Province 19, Pastor Bayo Olugbemi.

She is a prolific teacher of God’s word with special interest in women, young adults & youths.

Kolawole (Kola) Amusa is a seasoned Human Resources and Financial Services professional with nearly three decades of experience spanning management consulting, banking operations, risk management, and human capital development.

He began his professional career with Arthur Andersen as an Accountant before transitioning into the banking industry, where he has built an outstanding career across both international and indigenous financial institutions. His banking journey has seen him serve in key roles at Standard Chartered Bank, FSB International Bank, Fidelity Bank, Access Bank, and currently First City Monument Bank (FCMB).

Over the years, Kola has acquired extensive experience across multiple functions, including Banking Operations, Treasury Risk Management, Internal Control, and Human Resources. He currently serves as a member of the Senior Management Team and Group Head, HR Services at First City Monument Bank Limited (FCMB), where he provides strategic leadership in people management, organizational effectiveness, and workforce transformation.

Kola holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Biological Sciences, a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Economics, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), all from the University of Lagos.
