Adebola is an entrepreneur, journalist, and youth development advocate. He is also the co-founder of RED, the media group with the current record of reaching the largest number of African youths at any time. A versatile individual, Adebola is also an actor and producer who has featured in plays like The gods are not to Blame, Wedlock of the gods, and Oke Langbodo”. At age 19, he produced Nigeria International, which showed on AIT International, NTA Network, Ben TV in London, Silverbird TV, MBI and online on NigeriaVillageSquare.com.

As Operations Director of The Future Project, he has spearheaded the town hall meetings and roadshows around Nigeria and internationally (e.g. in the UK and Ghana), which were highly instrumental in electing heads of governments into office. Adebola was awarded CNBC’s Young Business Leader in the All Africa Business Leaders Awards in 2014 and has been listed among Forbes Best 30 Entrepreneurs and Business Day’s 40 under 40. In 2009, he became the British Council’s Global Changemaker and featured as part of the top 100 in the Top 100 UK polls. In 2010, he was invited as a youth expert by the Africa Union and the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) to work on the African Youth Charter for the decade. Described as "the man with the golden touch" by Ghanaian President Nana Akufo-Addo, Williams has helped three African Presidents get elected.
